Brendan McDonald

Brendan’s career has been built on a foundation of craftsmanship, structural integrity, and a deep passion for building. He began his journey serving in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Damage Controlman, specializing in carpentry, plumbing, welding, and maintaining watertight integrity. He then went on to serve as a Third Assistant Engineering Officer in the U.S. Merchant Marines, where he was responsible for maintaining and operating the ship’s machinery and engine room, performing critical repairs to keep vessels running safely and efficiently.

With a lifelong dedication to infrastructure and structural integrity, Brendan transitioned from maritime service to his true passion—custom carpentry and historical preservation. In 1996, after years at sea, he applied the skills he had honed in the service to establish himself in the world of fine craftsmanship. For over 30 years, he has devoted himself to his work, blending time-honored techniques with meticulous attention to detail.

Brendan’s greatest fulfillment comes from forging long-lasting relationships with clients and creating structures that stand the test of time—built to be cherished for generations to come.

With a foundation in brand strategy, Reagan understands the power of vision, consistency, and connection—values she brings into every facet of her work. In her role, she plays a key part in client relations, vendor coordination, project scheduling, and managing the company’s online presence and marketing efforts. Her focus on clear communication, combined with a sharp eye for detail, ensures a seamless and elevated experience for every client.

Brendan McDonald II

Business Development Coordinator

Brendan McDonald II is the Business Development Coordinator at B. McDonald Construction, where he combines analytical rigor, strategic insight, and relationship-building to fuel the firm’s growth. Currently pursuing his MBA at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and holding a bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America, Brendan applies a data-driven approach to uncovering new market opportunities and crafting winning proposals.

As a teenager, Brendan spent summers working alongside his father on jobsites—hauling materials, organizing tools, and pitching in wherever needed.
